LWVAA History:
The Akron
League was established in
1940. In 1978, Leagues in Cuyahoga Falls and
Stow joined with Akron to form the League of
Women Voters of the Akron Area (LWVAA).
LWVAA now serves members all over Summit
County, with the exception of
Hudson and
Tallmadge, which have their own local
Leagues.
